At least one suspect stole an Audi and then used it in multiple car break-ins in Abington Township overnight, according to the Upper Moreland Police Department.
The black Audi Q3 was stolen from a resident’s driveway on N. Warminster Road and was later used in many thefts across the township, officials said.
No arrests have been made, and police have not released a description of the suspect or suspects.
Officials are asking residents near N. Warminster and County Line roads to check their security cameras for any attempted vehicle break-ins during the overnight hours of Oct. 19 and Oct. 20.
Anyone with information that can help with the investigation is asked to email Officer Jaymie Bonino at jbonino@uppermoreland.org.
